Dynamic Healthcare Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides health insurance advisory and consultation services for self-employed individuals. We help clients evaluate health coverage options and, when appropriate, assist with enrollment. We are not an insurance carrier. All insurance products are underwritten and issued by licensed carriers.

2. No Guarantee of Savings or Coverage

The information provided through our consultations is for general guidance only. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, coverage approval, or that any plan will be suitable for your situation. Eligibility for plans discussed depends on medical underwriting by the issuing carrier.

3. Use of This Website

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. You may use this site to learn about our services, book consultations, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false information through any form or chat feature.

4. Booking and Consultations

Consultations booked through this website are free and carry no obligation. By booking a consultation, you consent to being contacted at the phone number and/or email address you provide for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the consultation.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

Business Identity. Dynamic Healthcare Solutions is a licensed independent health insurance advisory based in Colorado Springs, CO. By providing your phone number through our booking form, chat widget, or other contact methods, you may receive text messages from us related to appointment reminders, post-consultation follow-ups, review requests, and (if you have separately consented) Open Enrollment invitations, private health plan savings outreach, and re-engagement messages.

Opt-Out and Support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (719) 851-5606. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month, depending on your engagement with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
